Heidi Klum’s ex, Vito Schnabel, quietly marries model Helena Althof in private ceremony

One of New York City’s hottest bachelors is officially off the market.

Art dealer Vito Schnabel, 37, and Russian model Helena Althof, 21, quietly got hitched last week in Old Westbury, NY, a source confirmed to Page Six.

The couple tied the knot on July 9 “in a very small and very private ceremony,” according to Artnet News’ gossip column, Wet Paint.

The ceremony was so small and private that Schnabel’s actress sister, Stella, and his famous father, Julian, reportedly did not attend. But Rolling Stone founder Jann Wenner, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner were among the guests to witness the couple exchange vows.

Wet Paint also said that attendees included artist Rashid Johnson and art collector Aby Rosen, as well as members of the Mugrabi family, the largest collectors of Warhol in the world.

Guests only had a week’s notice to RSVP.

Our source told us that invites featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse went out a week before the big day and, “It looked like a child’s birthday party invite,” our source said.

The wedding reception was held at the Richard Meier-designed mansion that Schnabel purchased back in 2019.

And by the looks of Althof’s Instagram page, sushi, caviar and an edgy devil-red wedding cake were served.

The couple met in Saudi Arabia while sailing on the yacht of mogul James Packer, who is also Mariah Carey’s ex-fiance.

Althof was apparently 19 at the time, while Schnabel turns 38 on July 27.

It’s Schnabel’s first marriage. He’s been linked to several high-profile women in the past, including models Amber Heard, Irina Shayk and Heidi Klum — whom he dated for three years.

Schnabel did not get back to us when we reached out about the wedding.

But a Althof humorously confirmed the news on her Instagram page. “Oops….,” she captioned a photo of herself solo in a wedding dress and a tiara.

Althof included a bunny, devil and angel emojis in her caption. Based on her comments, it seems that designer Ronny Kobo was also in attendance.

“What a beautiful chill bride… was one of my favorite weddings ever!!! Congratulations beauty,” she wrote.

Ivanka commented, “Congratulations, Helena!!!! So happy for you both.”
