The song, debuting at No. 3 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales chart in October 2023, garnered attention. In a recent interview, Cher made a distinction about her festive songs, similar to those released by Mariah Carey, stating, “They’re not ‘Christmas Christmas’ songs, OK? They’re just great songs.”

Following her performance at the annual celebration, Cher was observed leaving the hotel where she had stayed for the event. Entertainment photographer Elder Ordonez shared a video clip of the Hollywood star making her way to her waiting car on his Instagram page.

Cher was dressed in an all-black outfit with matching boots as she walked to the vehicle, with a bodyguard assisting her before she entered. Ordonez captioned his post, “Cher is seen leaving her hotel just hours after the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City this afternoon.”

Instagram users commented on the social media upload, with some noting that the “Believe” hitmaker appeared to struggle with walking during her public sighting. One person remarked, “Wow, she can’t move, maybe it’s the boots…,” while another inquired, “How old is she now? She can’t even walk,” with someone else responding that the superstar is in her late seventies. A fan came to Cher’s defense, stating, “She’s 77 years old!!! Let’s see how great you will be walking at her age, if at all.”

When asked about her secret for maintaining a youthful appearance despite her age, Cher candidly admitted that she doesn’t have a specific answer, attributing it to the presence of good genes in her family.
