The backyard is custom-built for kids, which makes sense, since Paul and his wife, Jada, have two. There’s a fenced pool, tennis court, barbecue station, fire pit with stone bench, and play yard with artificial turf.

Paul and his family spent more time in their other homes, including the 12,184-square-foot Bel Air ny he purchased in 2012 from singer/songwriter Avril Lavigne for $8.5 million. He listed it about a year ago for $11,495,000. It had several price cuts, and appears to have finally hooked a buyer, as it’s currently under contract.

The pending sale and the recent listing leave the Paul family with only one ny in the L.A. area, and we’re guessing he’ll keep it as a summer residence during the off-season.

It’s a 10,400-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home is located in Hidden Hills, which is also home to the Kardashians. Paul paid $9 million for it in 2015.
