MEGHAN MARKLE NAMED A B-LIST ACTRESS AS HER ACTING COMEBACK FLOPS

Not only is the former Suits star apparently having trouble finding new roles, but she’s also now been named a B-list actress, which may not help Markle’s return to the acting biz.

Royal author Nathan Kay recently shared his insights on Meghan’s acting prospects in an article for Express UK, taking a clear dig at her and Harry.

“Being accepted by the royals once more would surely propel the professional victims back into the A-list stratosphere. Let’s face it, a B-list actress with very little talent and a petulant child of a King isn’t exactly a money-spinner, is it?” the writer said.

“Working their way back into the fold is being viewed as a rather disingenuous move following a terrible time for the couple in Hollywood of late,” Kay added, referring to the couple’s supposed attempts to establish themselves in the entertainment world after relocating to California from the U.K. upon giving up their royal duties.

Meghan Markle rose to prominence for her role as Rachel Zane in the legal drama series Suits, which aired from 2011 to 2018. Portraying a paralegal-turned-attorney, Markle’s performance garnered praise, earning her nominations for the NAACP Image Award and the Screen Actors Guild Award. However, she eventually left the show ahead of its final season to pursue a life with Prince Harry.

The couple married in 2018, and though it initially seemed Markle had retired from acting for good, various reports says she’s eying a comeback. She even showed off her acting chops in a commercial that debuted at the end of last year.

Despite rumors of a Suits reboot, it’s been reported that Meghan isn’t interested in reprising the role that catapulted her into fame. For now, she doesn’t seem to have booked any big roles, though her focus may have been on the lifestyle brand she recently launched, though it’s already garnered criticism.

While Meghan’s acting comeback may not be in full swing, she may not be the only one who wants to end up on television. According to recent reports, Harry is also eyeing a career on T.V. However, with his father King Charles and sister-in-law Kate Middleton’s ongoing health crises, there’s also been speculation he’s interested in returning to the U.K. though it may be a source of contention between him and Meghan, especially if she sees staying in Los Angeles to be necessary for the sake of her future acting career.
